Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the onigiri-cat platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions, effective from January 1, 2026. If you do not agree, you may not use the platform.

These terms apply to all users — including visitors, registered traders, and API integrators. Continued use of the platform after any published update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Use of the Platform

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of a non-restricted jurisdiction to open an account. onigiri-cat reserves the right to refuse service or close accounts that violate these conditions.

Prohibited Activities

You may not use onigiri-cat for money laundering, market manipulation, or any activity that violates applicable financial regulations. Automated trading via API is permitted only on Pro plan accounts.

Any attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with platform infrastructure will result in immediate account termination and may be referred to relevant legal authorities.

Intellectual Property

All platform content — including charts, interface design, proprietary trading algorithms, and brand assets — is the exclusive property of onigiri-cat. Unauthorized reproduction is prohibited.

Limitation of Liability

Cryptocurrency trading carries significant financial risk. onigiri-cat does not guarantee profits and is not liable for losses arising from market movements, user decisions, or force majeure events.

The platform's liability for any single claim is limited to the fees paid by the user in the 30 days prior to the incident giving rise to the claim.

Third-Party Services

onigiri-cat integrates with third-party services including Chainlink, Fireblocks, and Stripe. These providers operate under their own terms, and onigiri-cat is not responsible for their performance or policies.

Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and two-factor authentication codes. onigiri-cat will never ask for your password via email or support chat.

Your Rights

You may close your account at any time by submitting a written request. All open positions must be settled and withdrawals completed before the account closure is finalized.

Changes to Terms

onigiri-cat may update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect 14 days after publication. Users will be notified via email and an in-platform banner. Last updated: 2026.
